CAMP is not a typical class, nor it is not a workshop where everyone makes the exact same thing.
It is a full-day creative experience where you are invited to explore, experiment, and follow ideas as they unfold.
I will guide you through materials, techniques, and inspiration — but the direction your work takes is beautifully your own.
Some pieces may come together quickly.
Others may stay in progress.
Both are part of the creative story.
CAMP is about slowing down, making with intention, and reconnecting with the joy of creating something with your hands.
And honestly… sometimes the best part is simply giving yourself permission to begin.
Small Group by Design
CAMP is intentionally small so the space feels relaxed and personal.
You will have room to spread out, think, and move at your own pace.
I am there to support you individually — helping you explore ideas, techniques, and creative direction.
A Full Day to Create
Each CAMP session is designed as a full-day experience.
There is time to experiment.
Time to step back.
Time to return to your piece with fresh eyes.
Creativity does not like to be rushed so we’re creating a space where, it doesn’t have to be.
Artist-Guided, Not Cookie-Cutter
I will demonstrate techniques and share ideas throughout the day.
You will learn skills in mixed media, fiber art, and layered creative processes.
But your piece does not need to look like anyone else’s.
You are encouraged to interpret, adjust, combine, and explore.
(This is where the magic usually happens.)
Layered Creative Projects
Each CAMP theme includes thoughtfully designed creative explorations that can stand alone or be combined.
You may find yourself drawn to texture, color, stitching, imagery — or all of the above.
You can move between materials in a way that feels natural and inspiring.
There is no “right way” to create here.
Process Over Perfection
Nothing has to be finished.
Nothing has to be perfect.
CAMP is about showing up, trying something new, and letting the process unfold.
Creative confidence grows when we give ourselves space to explore.

CAMP: The JOY Sessions
Exploring Color, Imagery, and Creative Expression
Date: July 25th
Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Investment: $145 per participant
This is a full-day creative experience centered around meaningful making, symbolic imagery, and the intentional practice of noticing beauty in everyday life. Inspired by folk art traditions, layered textiles, meaningful words, butterflies, birds, florals, and stitched details, participants will spend the day exploring mixed-media techniques in a relaxed and encouraging environment. Through painting, collage, stitching, mark-making, and creative experimentation, this process-focused session invites participants to slow down, create intentionally, and remain connected to beauty, curiosity, and hope, even in seasons where those things must be chosen with care.
