All In-Stock Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days of your order. Jewelry & Smaller Gift items are shipped via USPS unless otherwise arranged. Larger Art is shipped via UPS. Oversized items such as furniture and some wall art may have special shipping requirements and those will be outlined in the additional information on the product listing and discussed & arranged directly with the customer once a sale has been initiated.

Returns

All Sales are considered Final.

Shipping Damages must be reported directly to the seller within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement.

Any damages to product during the course of normal use within 180 days of purchase may qualify for repair or replacement. Please reach out immediately if this occurs so that we can assist you in a timely manner.

Deposits

All Deposits on custom work are non-refundable.

Deposits may not be transferred to another commission once work has begun.
