Do you take custom jewelry orders?
Yes! I love to work on custom pieces. I work with a wide array of techniques and I would love to bring your request to fruition. I also promise never to take on a project that I don't believe I can do to the best of my ability. I'm friends with many jewelry designers and if I believe someone else can do a better job I promise to tell you as much.
How do I place a custom jewelry order?
The best way to start the process for custom work that is not listed in my shop is to send me an e-mail with details of what you'd like to see happen. At that point I will throw a couple of ideas at you and give you a quote. Once we've agreed I will create a listing for you in my online shop & begin work on your piece(s). I also offer Necklace Design Barparties where you and your friends can design your own pieces and visit with one another while I create them on the spot!
Do you offer discounts?
I strive to keep my prices affordable. Due to the time that goes into making a quality handmade product, it is difficult to offer standard discounts. I do however have a rewards program that allows you to earn FREE credit! I want to host a Made by You event, but I don't understand why I have to pay $50.
A Deposit on the simply holds your date. I don't ever want someone to host the design bar out of a sense of obligation or duty. In fact, I only want people to host these events because they and their friends will truly enjoy it! The $50 holds the date for you on my calendar. Should you cancel and I've passed up other opportunities, the deposit ensures I'm at least partially compensated for that. If you hold the event as planned and have at least 5 people participating you will get the $50 back as a product credit or class fee the night of your event.
I'm interested in bringing an event to my place of business, do I have to pay $50?
If you are a retail location or a school, then the $50 fee is waived. Simply e-mail mefor availability and to schedule your event.
What are your candles made out of?
All Crafty Wino Candles, Car Jars & Wax Melts are made with All Natural Soy Wax and Eco-Friendly Cotton Wicks.
Do you use essential oils in your candles?
Not exactly. I use premium fragrance oils in my candles. Many of those oils include essential oils but none of the candles I carry are pure essential oil. Pure Essential Oils, or therapeutic grade essential oils, are cost prohibitive in candles due to the amount needed to provide a decent scent throw. This is why Diffusion is the best delivery method for essential oils aromatically, I recommend Young Living Essential Oils. All of the fragrance oils I use in my candles meet the standards of the IFRA & RIFM for safety & purity.
How long before I receive my order?
If you've ordered a Ready to Ship item your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. Made to Order Designs require 1-2 weeks processing. Custom Work timelines will vary 2-4 weeks depending upon design & workload. Timelines for Custom Work will be outlined clearly in the listing as agreed in our e-mail conversations. All Jewelry Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail. You will receive an e-mail when the item is shipped with tracking information.
